Okta

1. IN OKTA -
   1. Go to "Applications" and click "add application"
   2. Select "Create new App"
      1. Platform - WEB
      2. Sign on Method - SAML 2.0
   3. Click "Create" and name the application "Utopia"(no quotes) and click NEXT
   4. Select "Download Okta Certificate" (on the Right)
2. IN RUBEX -
   1. go to SSO settings and click "Create SAML Configuration"
      1. Name Okta
      2. Issuer http://www.okta.com/your-organisation-name
      3. Entity ID http://account.efilecabinet.net/your-organisation-name 
         1. Currently, "cert" extension isn't in the Utopia's whitelist so we need to rename okta.cert -> okta.crt.
         2. Adding a new extension will not take much time.
         1. Request Signing Certificate - okta.crt
      4. Click "Create"
      5. Reopen created configuration, remember "LOGIN URL"
3. In OKTA
   1. Single Sign on URL - Get the login URL from Utopia
   2. Audience URI (SP Entity ID ) http://account.efilecabinet.net/your-organisation-name 
      1. application username
      2. click Show Advanced settings
      3. SAML Issuer ID -> http://www.okta.com/your-organisation-name
      4. Click Save
      5. go to the Assignments Tab and select users who can use the application
      6. Go to the homepage and use the new application.
