Rubex - How to Switch from SideKick to the Rubex Desktop App Follow
Switching from SideKick
For best results when switching from SideKick to the new Rubex Desktop App, you want to start by uninstalling any add-ons you’ve previously installed through SideKick. This can be done from within SideKick itself.
Start by opening up SideKick and logging in, then clicking on the ‘Add-ons’ button at the bottom left.
In the add-ons list, uncheck all currently checked options and hit ‘Apply’ to begin uninstalling them.
Once that is completed, you are ready to install the Rubex Desktop App. You can uninstall SideKick from the Windows Control Panel, but it is by no means required.
To continue with installing the Rubex Desktop App, please refer to our Rubex Desktop App installation guide found here.
