The following versions/builds are required for Android and iOS for the EFCO/SD app:
Android: 4.4 is the minimum
IOS: 7.0 is the minimum

SecureDrawer and eFileCabinet Online users both need to install the "eFileCabinet Online" app from the play store / iTunes Store.

EFCO Desktop/CloudView Users:

• Who can use the mobile app: Only the cloudview Backup User (Because they only have the one login)
• What features are not available to this user compared to an EFCO user: Cannot make new structures.
• What process is required for a desktop user to use this account: Have access to credentials of a CloudView account that has successfully performed a backup.

EFC Desktop SecureDrawer Users:

• who can use the mobile app: All SecureDrawer users (as long as they have been successfully migrated).
  • Permission required
  • Read permissions are required to see items.
  • Edit permissions are required to upload or edit items/structure.
  • Delete permissions are required to delete files/structure.
• What features are not available to this user compared to an EFCO user: Favorites. (Basically, anything visible on the EFCO site that is not visible on the SD site)
• What process is required for a desktop user to use this account: Simply need to have an SD login that has permissions of some kind to items.

SecureDrawer Only Customers:

• who can use the mobile app: All SecureDrawer users (as long as they have been successfully migrated).

SecureDrawer Guest Users:

• who can use the mobile app: All SecureDrawer users (as long as they have been successfully migrated).
