To restart any of your eFileCabinet Services, please go to your eFileCabinet Server or contact your IT to have him access the server. Once at the server, please follow the instructions below.

Windows Vista/7/8/10/Server 2008/2012

Click on your start menu and in the search area type 'Services.msc'. The search should return the services option with an icon of a large gear on a smaller gear.

In the window that pops up, the services for windows should be arranged alphabetically. Search through the list for any 'eFileCabinet' services.

To start the service, right click on the name of the service that is stopped and then select the Start option.

Windows XP/Server 2003

Go to Start > Run.

Type in 'Services.msc' and hit enter.
