There are instances in which, when printing from ProSeries program to eFileCabinet, some documents are getting cut off. The reason for this issue is that the eFileCabinet printer acts like a printer and not a document imager. To resolve this, perform the following - 

1. First, make sure the eFileCabinet Printer is on a local port all by itself (example 'NUL:' or 'EFC').  
2. In ProSeries, go to File > Printer Setup.   In the Document Imager field set it to 'None' and in the Print to Fax field set it to 'eFileCabinet'.  
3. Then when printing to eFileCabinet from ProSeries, they will need to select 'Print to Fax' to get it to work correctly. This should fix the issue.
