If you have received a message indicating that the Office plugins failed to install, perform the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Navigate to the file path C:\Program Files (x86)\eFileCabinet 5\Client\exe
2. Select and run the corresponding "Addin[year]Setup" files.
If you're running Office 2010 or newer, run the following files.
WordAddin2010Setup
PowerPointAddin2010Setup
OutlookAddin2010Setup
ExcelAddin2010Setup
