How to utilize audit logs in the desktop version of eFileCabinet, refer to the following information:
To access audit logs, go to the Administration tab and select "All Logs".
In the window that displays, there will be a field with a number of actions within, listing which user performed the action, what action was performed, date, etc.
Details about individual items can be displayed in the window to the right of the item field, listing date and time of the action performed, IP address accessed from, etc.
In the field above the action list (expanded by selecting the small dropdown arrow in the upper left), you can filter your search by action type, user, date range, etc.
If you have a particular item selected that you wish to run an audit log (cabinet, drawer, etc), go to the Administration tab and then select "Item Logs"
This will allow you to perform all the same search functions as displayed above, limiting it to specifics on the selected item.
