EFC Desktop – Error When Downloading Keys: "DownloadKeysErrorCommunicatingWithService" Follow

If you receive the error "DownloadKeysErrorCommunicatingWithService” when attempting to download your keys in eFileCabinet (as displayed below), add the following items to your firewall/router:

hub.efcoffice.com

efchubweb.cloudapp.net (IP address: 138.91.190.32)

bontbok.efcoffice.com

*.efcoffice.com

*.efilecabinet.com

TCP Port 4321 (eFileCabinet port)

SSL port 443 (https TCP port)

TCP port 80 (Web Port)

HTTP://*.eFileCabinet.com

https://*.efilecabinet.com
