Perform the following steps to configure the Accusoft previewer in eFileCabinet Desktop/On-Premise.

1. Navigate to Administration > Server Settings
2. Click Install Accusoft and you will be prompted to enter in your Network/User (not efc) Credentials

3. The Prizm Client will download

4. The Prizm Server will download

5. The Prizm Server install will begin

6. The Prizm Client install will begin

7. Restart the Server Service
8. Restart the Client and navigate to Administration > Server Settings and select the Accusoft radio button
9. You will be prompted to restart the server service again.

Expect the installation to take approximately 30 minutes. Following this, everything should work as expected.
