To force check in a file if it appears to be stuck (meaning it shows checked out, but you are unable to successfully select the Check In option for the file), perform the following steps:
1. Select the main menu icon.
2. Select the Admin tab.
Note - If you do not have access to the admin tab, you will need an administrator to force check that file in for you.
3. Select the Files tab.
4. Select File Sessions.
5. Select the file, and select "Force Check In."
