If you are using eFileCabinet Online, Sidekick is the tool that you use to manager you addons. 

1. Open SideKick and go to the "Add-ons" tab, uncheck the printer AND scanner boxes, then select APPLY.

2. After the Add-on install/uninstall completes re-check the printer AND scanner boxes, then select APPLY.

If reinstalling the printer did not fix the issue, perform the following steps:

1. Open Regedit (type regedit in the start menu search)

2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG \\ Software \\ Send to eFileCabinet (or eFileCabinet Online depending on the version/build number you're using.) 

3. Right click on the eFileCabinet folder/key and go to "permissions."

4. Give "Everyone" full control and select Apply, then OK.

5. If "everyone" is not listed, go to "add," type Everyone in the space provided, select OK, then apply full control as displayed above.
