Revver app version .31 may need to have the app cache folder cleared (C:\Users\Username\Appdata\Roaming\Rubex) for the print, scan, and watched folders function to work properly.

please complete the following

1. Update your desktop applications to the latest version- 1.0.31. To do this, open the revver app and click the app settings button
   (it's the  in the black bar on the top of the screen) then "check for updates".
   
   
   
2. Download the appdata renaming script - attached below (https://efilecabinethelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/14875489041044/Rename_Appdata.cmd )
   
   
   
3. Run the Rename Appdata.cmd file
   
   
4. Re-launch the Revver application
   
   

**Please note** Some users are met with a windows Defender dialogue. if you see the message "windows protected your pc" please make sure you "Run Anyway"
