Rubex allows a user to mass export profile information (meta data) that is associated with containers and documents stored in your Account. This feature will create and store a .CSV document in any container in Rubex that you have “CREATE” or “WRITE” access to.

To export, please complete the following

Step 1: Go to the main menu and select ADMIN

Step 2: Select the CSV Export Menu under the ‘Utilities’ button.

Step 3: Now you will see a list of your Cabinets. Select the Cabinet you would like to Export.

Step 4: Select if you would just like the drawers exported, the folders, or the files.

Step 5: Select the ‘Export’ button.

Step 6: Select your Destination drawer and click the select button.

Finished: Now you will see your CSV Export in the Drawer you selected.
