The best thing I can recommend would be to clear out space in SecureDrawer, you may have things in your recycle bin that is eating up a bit of your space. You can access the SecureDrawer recycle bin by logging in and clicking on the three-bar icon at the top left and selecting ‘Admin’. After that, click on the Recycle Bin option on the left and purge any old files you no longer need. If you’d like to get in contact with your account manager here at eFilecabinet, they will be able to help get you more space if needed.
