Need to get a customer into the portal but needs to reset password. Reset password email is not getting sent and using text isn't working.
Is there a problem with Secure Drawer sending emails for resets and login authorizations?

Please ensure that you are accessing RUBEX / SecureDrawer for the first time via a web browser on a laptop/notebook or desktop PC/Mac. You cannot log in for the first time via a mobile device or tablet.
To reset your password please complete the following:
First, please ensure that you are going to the correct webpage to log into SecureDrawer : https://app.securedrawer.com/ – for RUBEX please to go https://account.efilecabinet.net
From the login screen you can select the ‘Forgot Password’ button to request a password reset email. You will then receive an email that includes a link to the password reset page.
