Sidekick

How can I apply templets when using the sidekick? I used to only use the online eFiling, but was told that is going away and I need to use the sidekick. I have several templets that I use and need to know how to apply them to either new draws or existing draws, just add a new file. I have been trying to call and get online chat support, but nothing is happening. It is saying you are closed for a state holiday, but not sure what holiday that is. Please get back to me as soon as possible as I have a ton of filing to do and it already takes forever to scan in.

Templates cannot be applied while using SideKick. In order to apply and manage your templates, you’ll need to do so from the eFileCabinet Online website at http://app.efilecabinet.com — logging in there will provide you with access to all of the features you know and love from eFileCabinet Online.
