Design Template

I have started designing a template and when attempting to reopen i get the message of "PREVIEW NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER".
How do I get around this?

Brian,

Can you provide more detail on the issue? Are you talking about Zonal Templates or Folder Templates in eFileCabinet? The problem seems to be with the previewer which is unrelated to Templates in both meanings. I suggest contacting us at 877-574-5505 or starting a support chat at support.efilecabinet.com.
