I logged in today and I am no longer able to see the pane containing my drawers. How do I resolve this issue?
If a user logs into SecureDrawer and is unable to see the pane containing the drawers, has already selected "All Drawers" in the bottom lefthand corner, and has already tried to drag and expand the window with the drawers inside, the following things may need to be checked:
An extreme zoom in on the internet browser screen can cause a user to have a limited view of their webpage, so make sure that the view is not zoomed in too far.
If this doesn't appear to be causing the issue, this issue can typically be resolved by clearing the Silverlight isolated storage. The steps to clear the storage are listed below:
1. Pull up your Windows Explorer and access your C:\ drive.
2. Go to Users, select the folder for the user you're logged into Windows as, then select AppData.
3. Select LocalLow, Microsoft, then Silverlight.
4. Delete everything within the Silverlight folder. (NOTE: Make sure SecureDrawer is not open in any internet browser when this is occurring.)
Following these steps, log back in to SecureDrawer and the pane containing the drawers should now be displayed.
