EFC Online – How do I successfully save my eFileScanner settings if appears to be failing?

If you are unable to save your eFileScanner settings, perform the following steps -

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\eFileCabinet\eFileCabinet Online Scanner

2. Right click on eFileCabinet Online Scanner, then select "Properties".

3. In the Security tab, select "Edit", then "Add".

4. Type "Everyone" in the text box, select OK, then check the box next to Full Control, then select OK in the windows that follow.

Following this, go to eFileCabinet Online Scanner and attempt to save your settings. They should remain after closing and reopening the program.
