SecureDrawer – Emails are not being sent out

If your SecureDrawer notification emails are not showing up, there are a few steps you can try: 

1. Try creating a user on your local system to test the email feature.
2. Check that your admin/end user permissions allow for notification emails.
3. Check your spam filters and junk mailbox.
4. Make sure the receiving email address is current and spelled correctly.

If you have tried all of these and it is still not working, there may be a spam filter on your mail server. If this is the case, try white-listing ?*@securedrawer.com?.
